A Pivot to Asia: Canada’s “Real” Globalization

This?Policy Options?article belongs as part of NSI’s ongoing research focus on emerging markets, their impacts on other developing countries (South-South relations), and the implications for Canadian policy-makers. More specifically, the preparation of the article is timed with a conference that took place September 24-25 2012 called, ‘Canada in the Pacific Century’ that aimed to raise the profile of Canada-Asia relations by addressing key policy issues surrounding this multi-faceted relationship with the Asia region.
